We receive strong feedback from clients who previously worked with other joinery suppliers that a common problem for architects, builders, and dealers of European windows is the lack of proper service on the U.S. side. Therefore, we decided to establish a team of qualified installers in the USA. These individuals are familiar with various European systems and provide support and advice on installation, adjustment, or repair of windows. This move has eliminated a frequent issue for our American business partners: the long wait for a response from European suppliers, who often tried to resolve problems remotely. We follow a completely different philosophy and respond quickly by physically sending a team to the construction site.

We Read Blueprints – Verification of Offers Generated by Our Competition

We also offer a service to verify the accuracy of offers generated by our competitors. Given a complete set of anonymized documents such as blueprints, photos, or window schedules, along with the offer based on them, we check the consistency between the inquiry and the offer. We correct any errors found.
